Really red, usually more so then when you had it done. And I'm sure it'll probably hurt as well. My sisters actually went inside her nose it was so infected. Sometimes piercings have bumps on them, though I'm not 100% on if nose piercings have them. I would go back to the person who pierced it and ask what to do. And if you don't want to, use dial (or antibacterial soap, though dial is best) twice a day and remove any crusties (dried gunk) that are on your ring. Oh, and use q-tips if possible and ALWAYS wash your hands before touching it! Hope this helps!
