I saw that pic, kind of defeated the purpose. Coveralls are a one piece outfit that combines pants and a long sleeve shirt. All in one. It can either zipper, button or snap from crotch to neck. A pain to get into. Even worse to get out of, when you really have to go potty. Bib overalls are a pair of pants, with buttons or snaps at the hips, with a huge bib that's sewn in at the waist line and covers most of the belly/chest, and held up with adjustable straps thrown over the shoulders and sewn into the back of the pants. Easy to get on, really easy to get off, easy access from the sides. Looks really cool if worn alone without a shirt, but with the required string of pearls.

Coveralls zip up the front and have long sleeves!

Bibs have straps over the shoulders, and no sleeves!
I like Carhart!
