Keep your hair off your face. Cleanse the skin well, gently and avoid clogging with makeup and heavy creams. Do not pick them. Watch you do not get hair spray or gels on the skin. You could try steaming your face gently over a bowl of hot water with a towel over your head to get out the excess sebum. Do not use strong products on your face.
